Time Out says
Don’t mistake this homey Italian spot for another celebrity vanity project. NBA stars Udonis Haslem and Dwyane Wade (and by proxy his wife Gabrielle Union) are invested in all sense of the word. The two have partnered with chef Anthony Carron to introduce the West Coast-based restaurant to South Florida, and remain hands on. The sprawling space boasts a full bar and an open kitchen, where you can see your mouthwatering meatballs, wood-fired pizzas and other signature dishes come together. If it’s lunchtime, you’re ordering the filling porchetta sandwich—stacked with caramelized onions and arugula and sprinkled with rosemary salt. Once the sun goes down, loosen your belt to tuck into the honeycomb lasagna—the highly Instagrammable, baked pasta dish for two—DWade’s namesake burger with truffle cheese and pastrami, or any of the delicious pizzas.
